Hey there, I’m Ryan. I’m from Haywood County and grew up on a farm along the Pigeon River in the Bethel community. My passion for visual storytelling started early—back when I was a kid and my uncle gave me an old camcorder. I was hooked. That spark eventually led me to a job in Asheville as a Traffic Director (the person who schedules TV commercials) at a local ad company covering six western North Carolina counties. From there, I spent over 20 years with a nationally recognized health system, creating everything from award-winning radio and TV spots to podcasts and photography for print ads and publications for both local and national distribution. These days, I run Milepost 430 Media, where I get to combine that lifelong passion with my professional experience to help real estate agents and short-term rental owners stand out and get more bookings and closings.
