Gonçalo Alexandre Franco Born 1982, Based in Lisbon, Portugal I love nature and everything involved, and as a bonus i've been passionate about photography since a young kid. I studied computer science and web design, but in parallel i've always been self taught in other areas, as image editing and photo manipulation. As a young adult, my first real contact with a DSLR was with the ambitious Canon EOS 350D, i saved the money and bought it, being then marveled with the possibilities, just with a kit lens. I was really bad at first, and although i kept trying to get better, i was happy with my results nonetheless, that's called begginer's ingenuity. But that's also what makes us move forward and evolve, if the passion is real. After a while i got the Canon EOS 550D with a Nifty Fifty (50mm 1.8) which blew my mind, and then went through a few more models during the following years. As i evolved my perspective, i found new genres i liked more than others. When i started taking photography more seriously, i also started flying drones, and i've been strongly in love with aerial photography for some years now. Believing in the mirrorless revolution, led me to Sony cameras (even loving Canon cameras) so nowadays i'm a Sony and DJI user/flyer. I now shoot mostly Nature, Wildlife, Cities and People, but my portfolio and comercial work features other styles as well, such as event coverage, some motorsport and portraits. I'm driven by people and nature, inspired by our Planet's biodiversity, and i count 50+ visited countries. I aim at shooting the world from all angles and perspectives, showing what lies beyond borders. I try to showcase a diversified portfolio, also with some videography, but for the time being just using drone shots, showing the world from above. See you in the next adventure! ................................................. Gear: Currently flying a DJI Mavic 3 Pro, Air 3 and Avata
